Conducting internal technical and strategic consultations to evaluate suitable regenerative and integrated solutions.

Performing on-site inspections, technical feasibility studies, data collection, and resource assessment for accurate project planning.

Preparing comprehensive project reports including technical analysis, financial estimates, implementation strategy, and projected outcomes.

Designing innovative regenerative and sustainable solutions focused on long-term environmental, economic, and social impact.

Submitting a complete integrated proposal covering technology, execution plan, financial structure, and operational framework.

Discussing commercial, technical, and contractual terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with stakeholders.

Obtaining official approvals, work orders, and project authorizations to initiate execution activities.

Structuring and facilitating project financing, investment planning, subsidies, and funding alignment where applicable.

Executing legal agreements and partnership documents between all involved entities and stakeholders.

Coordinating and integrating all stakeholders, partners, vendors, consultants, and project teams for seamless collaboration.

Mobilizing manpower, machinery, materials, technology, and operational resources required for project execution.

Executing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities along with maintenance support and operational training.

Conducting final inspections, testing, documentation, and handing over the project with completion certification.
