ENERGY AS A SERVICE

Energy as a service (EaaS) is a business model where customers pay a recurring subscription fee rather than making an upfront capital investment into energy assets. Under this model, we at ReSOLVE being a regenerative solution provider assumes responsibility for the design, survey, installation, operation, maintenance, and financing of the energy system / project on behalf of the customer. The customer pays for the energy service on a subscription or pay-per-use basis, rather than investing / owning the energy assets / infrastructure.

For example, a commercial building may contract ReSOLVE as an Energy Service Provider to facilitate ‘Energy-As-A-Service’ (EAAS) to inspect, design, supply, install, operate and maintain a rooftop / grounded / floating solar system, which generates electricity either through ongrid / off-grid / hybrid systems for the identified infrastructure and feeds excess power into the grid.

ReSOLVE being an EaaS provider would handle the financing, installation, and maintenance of the solar system, while the building owner would pay a fee for the energy generated by the installed system as per actual usage.
